For almost everyone, we have a dream. Some are lucky enough to be supported while some will be doubted for thousands of time. No matter how others think about you, your hard work will pay off. That's the story of today's protagonist, Jennifer Lopez. She became homeless to insist on her dream and now she's no doubt one of the most powerful celebrities.

Jennifer LopezJennifer was cast in a small movie by chance in her high school period and she decided to be a "famous film star" at then. But in order to follow the will of her parents, she went to College and put her dream aside for a short time.

After one semester, she dropped out and chose to concentrate on pursuing her dream. However, when she made her decision to be a movie star, she didn't win the support from her parents. Instead, they thought it was a stupid idea and said that "no Latinos did that". They can't  come to an accommodation, so Jennifer left home and chase her dream.

"My mom and I butted heads. I didn't want to go to college -- I wanted to try dance full-time," she explained to W magazine."So she and I had a break. I started sleeping on the sofa in the dance studio. I was homeless, but I told her, 'This is what I have to do.' A few months later, I landed a job dancing in Europe. When I got back, I booked 'In Living Color.' I became a Fly Girl and moved to L.A. It all happened in a year." (Source: CNN)

Today, Jennifer Lopez has already realized her dream and becomes one of the most influential stars. She's not only a famous actress but also a talented dancer and singer. The record sales of her studio albums have reached 80 million which wins her the most powerful Hispanic performer in America.

And look back on ourselves, why we stop chasing our dream because others thought we're not talented enough? Efforts and hard work will work if you really like one thing, don't give up too early.

When you prepared to do it, insist your Halo on your heart and work hard to go forward with your dream. That's the meaning of the dream.
