We do our best at JIMHALOEYEWEAR.COM to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced to perfection to fit the prescription and specific needs that our customers request. We are confident that you'll love our product. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you are entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked return for a refund. For specific details, please refer to the following Return Policy:
- You have 7 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us and request a return.
- If you made a mistake during the order, or you simply don’t like the glasses you purchased.
1)If you want to return them, you can get 100% refund and all you have to do is to pay the shipping fees on your own. Meanwhile, you can contact customer service to get an extra 50% OFF coupon which you can use next time.
2)If you don't want to return them, you can keep them with no refund. Meanwhile, you can contact customer service to get an extra 50% OFF coupon which you can use next time.
3. If there are any quality problems with our glasses, we will resend the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund (excluding shipping).
How to Return Your Glasses:
- Contact our Customer Service Department at service@jimhalo.com to approve the return.
- All returns must be in their original and unworn condition and sent in the glasses case and with the lens cleaning cloth provided in the original order.
- Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information, order number, and reason for returning the glasses.
- We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. JIMHALO.COM is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.
- Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Once your refund has been processed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
